Let’s see if Mr Folarin is going to make another phone call and threaten someone else’s staff…
Wale‘s ‘The Gifted‘ album seems to have failed in making an impression in the media; Rolling Stone magazine has excluded it from its 20 Best HipHop Albums of 2013′ list.
The list which was published this week highlights Kanye West‘s ‘extreme’ album as the best album of 2013, calling it an ‘electro masterpiece’. Drake‘s ‘Nothing Was The Same‘ and Danny Brown‘s ‘Old‘ fall in second and third place.
Many have however questioned why French Montana ‘Excuse my French’ and MMG’s ‘Selfmade 3′ made the list and Wale’s third studio album didn’t.
Wale recently fired at Complex.com’s staff for excluding his album from their ’50 Best Albums of 2013‘, threatening to beat their staff up. He later tendered an apology.
