The ‘Anti-cheating’ wedding ring that imprints ‘I’m married’ onto your finger

The ‘Anti-cheating’ wedding ring that imprints ‘I’m married’ onto your finger

This ‘anti-cheating’ wedding ring released by TheCheeky.com was inspired by “Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tiger Woods, and the two timing former IMF chief – Dominique Strauss-Kahn,” according to the site.  The ring basically imprints the words ‘Married’ into you or your spouse’s finger as you wear it. The aim is to stop people who form the habit of slipping their rings off their finger when they decide to go on a cheating spree. TheCheeky.com explains in the ring’s description on its website:
“With Arnold, Tiger and two timing IMF guy in mind, we have created this wedding ring for people intent on cheating. The negative engraving on the inside means that when you are in the ‘Club’ and an attractive woman…or man comes along to chat, slipping your wedding ring off is not an option.”
The ring is made of pure titanium, and retails for $550, “with a lifetime guarantee, ’till death and all that.” I’m not sure how this will reduce the rate of infidelity that we experience today though… What do you think?
